South Korea is seeking assistance from Tunisia to enter the Libyan market due to the special relations between Tunisia and Libya, Tunisian Foreign Minister Khemaies Jhinaoui revealed.

In a joint press statement with the Vice-President of the National Assembly of South Korea Lee Jae-young, Saturday, Jhinaoui said that Korea is looking forward to contributing to investments in Libya and to have a role in the reconstruction of the country.

Officials from South Korea have visited the capital Tripoli recently to discuss with the Presidential Council the prospects for the return of Korean companies to Libya and the completion of the stalled projects, especially in the field of energy and electricity.
